If you are interested in depositing waste at one of VALNOR's facilities, please fill out the form and send it to atendimento@linhadareciclagem.pt 

If this is the first time you are filling out the form, please note the following:

- Waste disposal at facilities in 25 municipalities that are part of the VALNOR coverage area;
- You must then fill out the waste delivery request form above;
- After submitting the form, you will receive a written response (preferably to the email address provided). ---- The response may take between 2 and 10 working days;
- If the response indicates that authorisation has been granted, it will mention the facility where the waste should be deposited, or the unloading time and the disposal fee. (If the response is negative, the reason for the refusal will be indicated. In this case, you can contact the Portuguese Environment Agency (Tel.: 214 728 200);
- This permit is valid until the end of the year for all times that the same amount of waste with the same characteristics is required, provided that there are no changes to the data provided;
- The transport of waste requires the Electronic Waste Tracking Guide (e-GAR). You must present the respective document in digital format (e-GAR) or on paper at the reception of our facilities on the day of waste delivery. The e-GAR has been mandatory since 1 January 2018 (Ordinance No. 145/2017) and to fill it out, you must register on the SILIAMB platform. More information at www.apambiente.pt
